BEST WAY TO ENJOY PROVO
Excellent property, very private which is what we wanted. (No resort crowd for us!) Beautiful pool, very short drive to the Long Bay Beaches (2 nearby public access points, could walk if you’re ambitious)). And we actually enjoyed a different beach every single day, all within 15mins drive. The house is impeccably stocked for a VRBO- beach towels, soap and shampoo, nightlights, tissues, dish soap, paper towels… every bit as well stocked as a hotel! Which really, really makes for a nice stay. Especially when local stores don’t quite carry everything that you’d find in the States. We ate in for most of our meals due to dietary restrictions, and the kitchen has EVERYTHING we needed. Oh, and folding beach chairs, umbrella, snorkels, boogie board, cooler, even a wagon, all provided for on-beach enjoyment. Some things are a bit worn, to be expected in sun-sand-salt-sunscreen environment… But wow, all the amenities here really made for a great vacation. And the welcome book answers pretty much any question one could possibly have. Kudos to the hosts!

A TOUCH OF EDEN!
We loved the quietness of this very private property- surrounded by nature and not other houses. Just a short and easy walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants, other beaches etc. The swimming pool was nice for cooling off and the various seating options outside were very nice. Turks and Caicos is not cheap as most food is imported. The grocery stores were more than adequate should you choose to eat in. But there are plenty of nice restaurants with lots of fish dishes. We went with another couple and the accommodations were perfect for this. We would consider going to Eden House again on a future visit to the island. A out door hot tub would have been the cherry on top of the sundae!

VILLA WAS WONDERFUL!
This Villa was wonderful! It felt very safe and I appreciate the security alarm and room safes. The pictures don’t do this villa justice. The pool and outside furniture were well maintained. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Walkable to Long Beach. I appreciate the cleaning supplies and how well stocked everything was. Perfect driving distance to Grace bay and restaurant like 10 minutes. I would recommend this villa.

AMAZING AND PRIVATE VILLA THAT WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED!
Amazing and private villa that we absolutely loved! We stayed for 10 days but we were at a different villa in Leeward on the canal for 30 days before moving. I wish we would have stayed at this place the entire time as it just felt like vacation- quiet and peaceful!
Loved how well stocked this place was compared to other places we have stayed as it had everything needed and loved the welcome basket of snacks and coffee! Also, so happy to have the water machine with so much stocked water that we filled only on our last day at the water place by the wine cellar for $2 per 5 gallons!
My only advice would be a checkout email before the final day with anything required to do. When I messaged they said just take out the garbage which was so nice not to worry about a list of cleaning tasks to do on the way out.

GREAT POOL AND LOCATION
The host made the check in process easy. We were met on arrival, and everything was just as the listing showed. With 2 primary suites it would be great for 2 couples. We had 2 of our teenage children. The pool was refreshing and relaxing. The location was close to Grace Bay and very quiet.

BEAUTIFUL HOME IN GREAT LOCATION
We stayed at this property for nine nights during the winter holidays and loved it. The house is perfect. It is beautifully kept and decorated. The position is also great, with a few minute's walk to the incredible Long Bay Beach. The hosts were welcoming and responsive. We are planning to go back. I highly recommend it.

PERFECT ESCAPE
Eden house was just what the Dr ordered! The perfect layout with an awesome outdoor pool area. Mornings were spent on Long Bay Beach relaxing and watching the kite surfers. It was also fun to watch the Provo ponies come down with their riders. Afternoons were all about the pool. We ate outside in the evening and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet of the villa. I couldn’t think of a single thing I needed that wasn’t provided, from can coolers to kitchen tools to a magnifying bathroom mirror. Leslie was excellent with communication prior and Luis was super helpful on arrival. Definitely plan on returning. This entirely subjective, but I didn’t feel like any of the living room furniture was very comfortable. Not a big deal at all since we weren’t there much.

PERFECT FOR FAMILY OF FOUR
This home is as described. The location on Long bay is excellent if you are there to kite board. If you plan to visit Grace Bay, you will need transportation. The home is fully equipped, and the location is convenient and safe. We had a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) and the arrangement of the house was nice and comfortable.

We loved how spacious the villa was and how well it equipped it was as well. We did not need anything, I had everything I needed to cook which was a plus! My husband and I enjoyed the pool, and how close the villa is to the beach everything. The market, other beaches and restaurants we loved it!!!

BETTER THAN AN ALL-INCLUSIVE BECAUSE YOU GET TO SEE MORE OF THE ISLANDS BEAUTY!
Eden house is a perfectly equipped villa for a stay in Turks and Caicos. It has every amenity you need including a gorgeous pool / deck area and comfortable accommodations inside. The kitchen has every gadget you need to cook dinners or lunches at home. It is located near Long Bay beach which is the more subdued beach in TCI as opposed to Grace Bay beach but we really enjoyed that part. We loved exploring the island and then having our beautiful villa to come back to for an afternoon siesta or swim in the pool. The property manager and team were all very helpful with recommendations for things to do/restaurants, etc. Food in the grocery stores is very expensive so bring any non-perishables with you from home if you can and are planning to cook a lot. The washer and dryer was also a great feature to have so we didn’t go home with piles of laundry. Definitely recommend as opposed to an all-inclusive because you get to see more of the islands beauty!

10 MINUTE DRIVE TO GRACE BAY WAS PERFECT
The Eden House was perfect for our family vacation. The location next to Long Bay beach but also a 10 minute drive to Grace Bay was perfect. We spent most of our time out back by the pool or under the covered porch, which was so quiet and entirely private. The home was well equipped and very comfortable. The beach chairs and umbrellas were much appreciated as we explored the many beautiful beaches. I would highly recommend staying at Eden House and look forward to returning in the future.

EDEN HOUSE WAS WONDERFUL
Eden House was wonderful. Shanika was friendly and informative at check-in, giving us great information about the area. The covered porch was perfect for morning coffee by the pool and provided perfect shade for those of us who like to be by the pool but not directly in the sun. Having two separate bedroom suites was perfect for our two couples. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The beach is only a short walk away. This private house along beautiful Long Bay was perfect for our first time visiting Provo. We highly recommend! The kitchen is fully stocked, we appreciated the basket of welcome goodies, the eater cooler was essential, and the beach chairs and umbrellas made the beaches we visited super comfortable. We just returned from TCI and our stay at Eden House. The house was perfect. Exactly what we needed. The beach is walking distance and it’s in a part of an island that’s not as busy and populated…we loved it. There is a jet-ski rental right there which my teenage boys loved. The abandoned ship is right off the coast so you can see it in the distance and go there on the jet skis. The house was super comfortable and clean. It’s close to resorts, restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend it.

WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again. Kitchen very well stocked. Everything was very clean. Plenty of beach chairs (5-6), which was nice. Walk to the beach is easy (we preferred turning right from the house). Pool quite nice with plenty of seating/sunning options. Everything is larger and more spacious than appears in the photos. A/C works well, but not always needed. Felt very safe. Grace Bay Beach is an easy drive. We enjoyed a few nights dining at Turks Kebab and Provoli Pizza nearby for takeout. Grill setup was nice and functional. Wake up early and take in at least one sunrise at the beach (do it on day one and you’ll do it every day!).

AN AMAZING STAY IN TURKS AND CAICOS AT EDEN HOUSE
We just returned from our amazing stay in Turks and Caicos at Eden House. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Turks do not hesitate to book this place.
Our group consisted of 2 couples so this villa was perfect. The identical rooms make it so simple. The water was hot and AC was great.
Leslie was such a great host. She made sure everything was ready for our stay. The house was very clean and the perfect amount of space. She had everything like beach supplies, pots, detergent, and pool toys.
Leslie also highlighted the best restaurants and excursions and had them easily accessible to us in a binder. We booked an in home massage for our group which was lovely.
The villa was in a perfect location. Nothing took over 15 mins to get to which was so great. If you’re looking to stay here make sure you rent a car. Cabs are expensive even for a short ride. Could easily cost over $100/day.

This was our 5th time visiting Turks and our first time renting a home on the island and Eden House did not disappoint!!! What a wonderful experience we had! The home was beautiful, clean and had every single thing we needed for our week’s stay! The backyard pool was such a fantastic bonus!! We also loved the location as it was close to Long Bay Beach and was a short drive to the Salt Mills & the IGA! What more can we say other than it was perfect! Wonderful house to stay in for a 10-day visit. Extremely well laid out house that is completely modern and well cared for. Leslie met us at arrival and is extremely helpful.

WE ARE PLANNING OUR RETURN TRIP!
We could not have chosen a better spot for our visit to Turks and Caicos. The house and accommodations were beautiful and perfect for our needs. We truly enjoyed the beach near the house, as well as exploring the island. Jason and Leslie provided fantastic recommendations for exploring the island, including where to eat, activities to check out and general island insights. They were incredibly responsive to any questions and were some of the most helpful hosts we have stayed with through AirBNB. The pool at the house was perfect and all the seating outside allowed us to enjoy the house throughout the day, whether early for coffee and sunrise or evening card games. We are already planning our return trip and would absolutely stay here again.
